Unified Change Party injects a breath of fresh air into Kenyan politics. Any political party is deemed a "government in waiting". In our national plan we want to inject basic common sense into our politics by addressing the following: 1. Lowering cost of living 2. Spurring ingenuity, creativity and innovation among our youth 3. Spurring Diaspora Investment while addressing their pertinent issues abroad. 4. Review existing and cut Taxes to 90% of Kenyan families in order to grow. 5. Creating healthcare system that covers all Kenyans 6. Review prison sentences that lacked proper legal representation and help reformed prisoners re-enter society 7. Introduce safeguards for CDF (Community Development Fund) and accountability 8. Introduce a Bill to enact ethics in campaign financing and conflict of interest. 9. Write a Bill that demand a minimum of 30% coverage of political candidates by local media. 10. Fully equip our security forces to adequately to deal with bandits and train them to control crowds compassionately. 12. Create commission to advise judges on minimum sentencing and report to parliament the effect of hostile minimum sentencing to our youth. Our demographics have changed and hostile sentencing on small crimes heavily punish youth and hence whole Kenya 13. Create office of Government Ethics to review conflict of interest on government officers and political employees 14. Create new financial regulations that protect consumers; examples - Review CRB effect on consumers in organizations accused of corrupt service delivery - example - suspend water and electricity CRB data. 15. Review insecurity in our Somali Border and the Northeastern territories. secure our borders and islands and put measures for legal immigration only. 16. Create Domestic Security Agency (Usalama Wa Ndani) to deal with homegrown terrorism and banditry 17. Explore alternative energy sources 18. Tap into space technology in monitoring national shifts in climate change and urban growth 19. Protect our environment and water sources 20. introduce a new Bill to prevent hostile tenant lockouts due to rent deficiencies 21. Control urban growth 22. Control procurements that rob government 23. Reduce oil consumption by using light engines 24. Protect citizens against unscrupulous chiefs who demand money in exchange of favorable judgements in village cases. 25. Protect Intellectual property and allow inventors benefit from their inventions. 26. Create official GIS (Geographic Information System) department to advise government on shifts on population, land use and diseases. 27. Address climate change by planting 1000 trees a year as a Party and further providing 500 tree seedlings to communities to prevent desertification and nurture watersheds. 28.
